If you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.Thomas Jefferson
I help busy women create whole life wellness lifestyles,
which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Do you have dreams you’ve never reached for? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health, happiness and overall contentment.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their mind and body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet, a value system, or a way of life for you, but together we will explore why some choices make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health and life goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.
“When I worked with Shanna, we didn’t nail down my issues and concerns in the first week or even two or three. We broke down my thoughts, concerns, fears, and struggles in different segments. Not only did we work through my main goal of career advancement but we looked at each factor with a new approach that enlightened my thoughts on many other levels.”
“She pointed me in the direction I was looking already – but she could see the entire path while I kept focusing on the hurdles. With her coaching, Shanna now has me sailing past those hurdles!”
“The best part of coaching with Shanna is not only having a sense of accountability but having support through the journey. We were both working towards the same goal and I knew every week I would be giving updates and did not want to let either of us down. We celebrated wins together and powered through struggles.”
“I was able to set personal boundaries and express my needs, something that I have always struggled with.”
